The staff were available 24 hours a day, as if they never sleep! Oracle Park was conveniently only 3.2 km away, which is perfect for my non-existent interest in sports. And the property was a whopping 700 meters from the city center, giving me plenty of opportunities to get lost! Cons: I just love it when there's no sarcasm!

It was clean, everyone was helpful. The hotel has good and excellent location short walk to Chinatown and all attractions and Tenderloin. We liked the Indian cuisine in the restaurant.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and available 24/7. They were like superheroes, always there to save the day! Additionally, the free WiFi throughout the property was a lifesaver and kept me connected during my stay.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a modern art museum was favourable and excellent. The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a lively area.

When I am in San Francisco, I like staying here. This is surely the best budget hotel. Outstandingly accommodating staff. Cozy rooms. The setting is favorable, it's a short walk to attractions, the metro/bus stop, and the Golden Gate Bridge.

The friendly staff at the front desk were available 24/7, ready to listen to my endless complaints and answer my ridiculous questions.
Just loved sharing a bathroom with strangers, especially the surprise of finding someone else's hair in the shower. Such a delightful experience.

The value for my money was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to Union Square and within walking distance of shopping, attractions, and public transportation. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.
Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, near public transportation, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
One thing that could make the morning meal better is more variety in the breakfast options.

Rooms were a nice size, everything was fine. Marvellous central location right by the Tenderloin, and the Moscone center. Spent our evenings in nearby Black Cat enjoying drinks and atmosphere. The staff were helpful, overall.

The staff at the front desk were always there for me, like an overprotective parent, ready to assist me at any time. It's almost like they have no lives of their own, but hey, it worked for me.
I felt so lost, surrounded by the charming city center, with Coit Tower just a stone's throw away. How inconvenient!
